Sam's blog: Life in the North

So today was one of those sobering cabin days. My neighbour, who lives about 3-km from my place, had a grizzly bear smash through her window and into her cabin. Thankfully she wasn’t home at the time but after she got back to see the damage, he came roaming around again. The conservation officers came up and shot it but it’s the third bear between her place and mine in the last couple of days.
It ain’t always so peaceful in the woods.
